Robert Certain, a retired Air Force navigator who is now senior priest of St. Peter and St. Paul Episcopal church in east Cobb, is reaching out to help veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Certain’s nonprofit organization, CareForTheTroops, offers workshops and seminars to educate and train clergy, mental health professionals, and community leaders on how to help people affected by the Iraq and Afghanistan conflict.
