Preliminary data released from Army STARRS (Army Study to Assess Risk and Resilience in Service members) has revealed potential predictors of suicide risk among soldiers. Army STARRS, which is the largest study of mental health risk and resilience among military personnel to date, is a partnership between the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) and the U.S. Army.
